About the event
Join us for a calming, plant-filled experience designed to help you slow down and reconnect. We’ll begin with tea and guided breathwork, ease into a beginner-friendly yoga flow, and end with a small plant to take home and enjoy. In collaboration with Heart Center Healing, this is a gentle, welcoming space for all levels.
